can someone help me? some of my programs require administrator permisson. unfortunately, when I ran the program as administrator, the yes button can't be clicked because it was grey. what's the problem? I already tried to log in as administrator, but the administrator account is disabled. any help please?
when the alert box showed up, there are two buttons, the yes button and the no button.

Please try the following:
In control panel, open user accounts then click manage another account and make a new admin account, but don’t name-it like the existing one.
Restart your computer and login with the new admin.
Maybe that should help resolving your problem.

If you aren't an administrator on the machine, that would imply someone else is. Is this a work computer? If so, I'd contact your IT department. If not, then I would talk to whoever set the machine up for you, as there has to be an administrator account on that machine (other than the one named "administrator"). Windows 7 creates one during setup.
it is not giving you the permission because those program may be run by the administrative privilages only you cant do anything as you are not the administrator and the administratior has blocked some of the programs, you can install program for your use in your use if you are having the setup for your use that might help good luk
Have you tried right-clicking the program > run as administrator? You didn't specifiy exactly how you "ran the program as administrator".
