    administrative rights

Hi everyone. I am trying to register a file called mscomm.32.ocx so I can use YAC in Media Center. I receive an error message stating The module c:\windows\syswow64\mscomm.32.ocx was loaded but the call to DllRegister Server failed with error code 0x800281c. I researched the error code and found a solution, which did not work for me. I cannot open up the default administative account. I have uploaded a picture of the error for an explanation of what I am trying to accomplish. Any assistance will be appreciated. deanie

Not sure if it's needed but have you tried that command with a Capital A

    "Administrator" (without the quotes)

    Hi,

It could also be that somehow the Admin account has been renamed. Try typing net users and see if the admin account is named correctly. Also, as mentioned above it could be case sensitive.
