Can i upgrade from win 7 32 to 64-bit?

Guys i m an comp-engg..i run so many softwares that require 64 bit win should i upgrade or not or is 32 bit good??

Windows 10 Pro x64, Arch Linux

Upgrade to x64 if you have more than 2GB of RAM
A Clean install is required
Clean Install Windows 7

Windows 7 Profession 64-bit

Do make sure you have 64-bit drivers for all your hardware before you start this endeavor.

Windows 7 Professional x64, SP1

You need access to 64x and can convert it from 86x and use the same license code as long as it isn't installed on another PC. Did that with my 32 bit Windows Ultimate I got at the launch event.
