    AMD1100T on MSI 890FXA-GD70 WON'T WORK WITH W7

    HELLO
I BUILD THIS DESKTOP PC AND TRIED IT WITH LINUX BOOTABLE DISK, IT WORKED GOOD, GOT ON THE INTERNET NO PROBLEMS, EVERYTHING GREAT!! THEN I TRY INSTALLING WINDOWS 7 64BIT AND THE PROBLEMS STARTED FIRST IT WOULD NOT WORK WITH MY 16 G OF DDR3 RAM 1333MHZ IT JUST FROZE IT WOULD BOOT TO SAME PAGE NO BOOTING INTO ANY SYSTEM.
I DISSASEMBLE IT, CHECK BIOS IT WAS FINE TO BOOT INTO MY DVD FIRST, THE SYSTEM (BIOS) IT IDENTIFY RAM CPU (WORKING FINE), DVD, HDD THEN TRY AGAIN TO INSTALL MY NEW WINDOW 7 64 BIT IT STARTED FINE BUT AS IT WAS LOADING AND SETTING UP IT FROZE AGAIN TRIED TO RE-BOOT IT DID NOT GO ANYWHERE.
NOW IT TURNS ON BUT IT DOESN'T SHOW ANYTHING ON SCREEN, IT DOES NOT INDENTIFY (FIND) THE CORDLESS MICROSOFT KEYBOARD AND MOUSE (WHICH LINUX DID).
    IT JUST RUINED MY PC.
AT LEAST WITH FREE LINUX FROM MY DVD WORKED.
PLEASE IF ANYBODY CAN OR KNOWS WHAT I COULD DO, TO FIX THIS PROBLEM I APPRECIATE IT.

    THANK YOU :)

    It works now Than you

I had to take out 12G of memory but now If I install the 16G of ram it will not start the maximum that I can install is 8G.
I will look for a solution for this problem.
I had to install windows32 first using 4G DDR3 1333Mhz it would not load 64 and then after the 32bit version I could install the 64bit version. The version of windows 7 that I got through e-bay it says when I registered it is not a "Genuine" copy? I got through e-bay!!
    Thank you very much Johnny.

Glad you are on the way to a solution re loading Windows. Sorry to hear about the message you got re: Genuine. You will find lots of stories here on the Forum about Illegal copies of Windows being sold on Ebay. Perhaps you can contact Ebay about restitution.
