Uncheck everything in msconfig>Startup except your AV and gadgets/stickynotes if you use them. All others are freeloaders on your RAM/CPU, Startup and can spy on you. Startup Programs - Change

Next after several restarts, in msconfig>Services select Hide All MS Services to see what is running without your knowledge. Turn it off in its Program preferences or uninstall.

Finally if the problem persists, look at scheduled tasks by typing Task Scheduler in Start Search box, then under Action Column, highlight Show all Scheduled Tasks, highlight any you don't want and End Task.

What do you have your Power Options set to?
Do you have a Task scheduled to run at that time?

You could also question your ISP and see if some type of maintenance is causing your PC to shut down and restart.

See what your ISP is doing at that time of night.

Did you complete each of these steps?

What did you find were scheduled tasks in Task Scheduler?

Check the Performance log for what happened at that time and then work your way through each of these troubleshooting steps

Run a Malwarebytes scan to be sure you're not infected.
