Most if not all of those tools are scams.

The file you quote is normally a Nokia system file, and will not cause system errors.

You should download the free version of this;

Malwarebytes

and run a FULL scan. If it finds anything, post the log here.

You only ran a "Quick Scan", a FULL scan is required to find as much malware as possible. Nevertheless, your machine is badly infected with malware. The only sensible option is a clean install of Windows. You must also remove the malware on ALL partitions before you do so.

Yes.

You can probably remove most of the malware if you run a FULL scan with malwarebytes, and then a scan with superantispyware;

SUPERAntiSpyware.com | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!

but this will not repair any damage the malware has caused to your system. The only sure way to get rid of it is to carry out a complete wipe of your system and re-install Windows.

I use this;

Avira AntiVir Personal - Free Antivirus

Restore, or repair install, are no use, they wont solve your problems.

If you have original Windows DVD's or clean factory recovery DVD's then you can format the drives on your machine and make a new Windows installation.

This is normally simply a matter of booting the machine with such a DVD in the drive, and following the instructions.
