Well, it's deleted now, and I'm running quite a bit faster. So i guess it's just find another good AV before my 30 days are up... My favourites are; Just buy AVG Full, Avast!, Avira, or if none of them... MSE.

Have a look here:

Best Free Antivirus Software

MSE has come a long way since it's launch - and a lot of people now recomend it. Unless a customer requests a specific solution MSE goes on all PC's I build/ Refurbish.

It is personal choice though - I use Kaspersky as I get it free with my internet banking.

Chill, Mike. I just wasn't sure about which AV to take because I found MSE slow.

If you have the money to spare, I would recommend ESET NOD32. It has passed more tests than any other anti-virus program and doesn't slow down my system.

If money is an issue, I would consider Microsoft or do some research to find a good free one.

I have been using Malware Anti Malware free, (on demand) for more years than I can remember and have never had it slow my computer down. I normally run it while I'm on the web. If MAM slows you down a little it is probably finding, logging them and repairing the bad things. If looking for free anti virus my choice would be MSE.

I have used Eset NOD32 for years and it has never slowed my system down. I really like it which is why I keep renewing the license. I use MBAM too and it never has slowed my system down.

MBAM is not an anti-virus. It is a malicious software removal tool only.
