Another OpenWithProgids problem

Hello,
I have somehow messed up the settings for OpenWithProgids\.MOV. I had the problem with .WMA and a member had me merge a *.reg file that put everything correctly in order for the .WMA extension. Unfortunately I did not get to understand what was done and thus can not fix the problem with the .MOV extension. Please assist, thanks.
