    Morrac,

    The only other thing I can suggest, since nothing else worked, is to try doing a system restore using a restore point dated when you know the Send To item was available.

    No sir, nothing has been changed. In fact this was a new install last week.

    How many users do you have on the system? You said you checked theirs and it showed their "Send To" items were correct. What permission do they have? And were these users you set up by you?

    I don't know, sounds like your user profile is jacked. Have you noticed any other problems with your profile?

    Well, the only thing I can suggest is to make a new account for that user, and delete the one that is not functioning correctly. Obviously that account is not operating correctly, either as a result of incorrect permissions or something we don't know about which has changed from the other similar accounts.

    I see no realistic way of getting it to function properly within a reasonable time frame by way of diagnostics.

    You could of course try a system restore to a point prior to this occurring, if such a point exists.

    If not restore points exist you could try a Repair Install.
