What is IQAGOA.EXE?

Hi,

I'm just doing my usual thing today on my laptop and suddenly all these warnings started popping up from AVG (my AV) They keep asking me whether or not to let this EXE (see title) from having access to the internet. I let it but it still pops up. It's located in the Windows folder on the main hard-drive, but if I search "iqagoa.exe" in Google there's only TWO results, neither of which are related at all. What is it? Is it a virus? Can you see it in your Windows folder. If it makes any difference, it mainly popped up when I was using Photoshop. And yesterday I switched to MSE AV but then switched back to AVG as it was really slowing down my system... Any ideas?

I can find no reference to it on google so it may very well be malware. have you run a comprehensive AVG scan.?

I had Malwarebytes before and it really slowed me down and didn't do what it was supposed to do. Also, it's paid. Anyway, AVG came up a few days later saying it had found a virus, and if it should move it to quarantine. It was IQAGOA.EXE so I said yes and it's fine. Surprising that it took so long for AVG to recognise it...

Also, as I only have a 30 day trial of AVG, can you recommend any other good free AVs? Or should I just get a paid one. I definitely prefer AVG from any others I've had..

Avast does seem to catch the eye.. FREE for the home even for the full version.

Another vote for the lady's advice!!!
As you can't find the file using google its VERY highly likely to have been the result of a trojan.

Really? I had a while back and really was slowing me down. It also had the lowest rating according to Avast! I understand they want to make themselves look best but AVG were only third, I think.
