    Administrator permissions..??

    Hello Guys and Galls...
Wonder if you can help me please.
I'm new to Win 7 (like 1 week) previously XP...
Ok - I checked on control panel - and I am definately established as Administrator.
There are no other user accounts.
I've had no probs loading big daddy Adobe progs like CS5 and LR3 etc...
But today, I d/l an extension panel from BPT: contains presets for use in CS5
The d/l was a RAR - I unpacked it: two files inside.
Instructions went: double click on Adobe Extension Package File - this will open Adobe extension manager. If this fails - then right click on utility and open with "open as administrator"...
Okay - here's the problems: double clicking does open Adobe Extension Manager - but then gives me a message that I don't have administrator permissions to open this file...
Oh - Ok... Right click on the utility... Uh-Oh.... there is no "open as administrator".
Well - it "says" in Control panel that I am the administrator - but apparently not.
Can anyone shine a light for me please?
    Much appreciated
    Jedo
