    Yeah i'd looked at the thread before you posted but didn't look right down to the last method. And i did when you said it worked for you. I only posted it because of he replys saying it wasn't possible to do :)


    Did you get x86 and x64 just incase anyone you know can't get them? I've got 3 off each but didn't want to be too greedy as i don't know if M$ are only issueing a certain amount..

    well i got a 32 and then tried getting another with a different account but it just redirects me to the W7 homepage

    Must have taken a beating aswell then I know the link is out on another forum aswell..

    The one thing you cannot do with the taskbar icons that you could do with quicklaunch is drag and drop a file on the icon and have it open the the program. When you do this with the taskbar it wants to pin it to the list. The one thing you have to remember in Vista and Seven is that you cannot use the shortcuts on the start menu on the quicklaunch bar. They are not regular shortcuts. You need to create the shortcut via the actual .exe file.
