    try another monitor and see if the problem is still there if it is you no theres some thing worng with your pc if its ok its your monitor...with my monitor if i restart my pc if theres been a update i get blues line down mine and have to tuirn it off for 10 minates the turn it back on and it starts working right only paid £30 for it 2 years ago so im not complaining
