    Security Center

<<<(the texts are freely translated from dutch to english. i don't know if its always correct)>>>

    Hi,
I noticed it today (so I don't wanna try system restore cuz I don't know since when it happended) that on the right corner, there's a red X on the white flag of the "onderhouscentrum" (in dutch, don't know what it is in English). There is one major problem on that flag: " enable the windows security-service (important) ".
When I click to solve it, It says: the windows security center service can't be started. So I type that in in Google and find the explanition of going to services, select automatic but it still isn't working. It gives the following error:
"Can't start the following service on Local Computer ERROR 1079: The for this specified service account differs from the account which is specified for other services executed in the same process. "
    What should I do??

Try the solutions in this marathon thread one by one.

Windows Security Center - error 1079

A note of caution: dont try specialist tools like combofix without asking for help (should it come to that).
