I upgraded my laptop to 8GB shortly after I got it and out of curiosity I opened all installed programs (somewhere along the lines of 70 programs). Safe to say I didn't come anywhere close to pegging it out.

I have noticed recently that in my Task Manager I have 10 svchost.exe running!! This is using my CPU up and therefore making my computer slow. I have included a screenshot, can anybody please help me to solve this problem.
