How to Stop defragment ???

Sorry man, i didn't understand the meaning of these services.

Then i will leave as they are, and only i will do what the tutorial says.

Always ask before fiddling with such things...that's what we're here for! FYI, you may be able to reschedule some of these tasks so they happen at times when you aren't around to be bothered by the noise.
