    Maybe they did upgrade the driver. Check in the same place as you checked Flash and see what version of Logitech Setpoint is installed.

    I have the same thing you showed me but proffessional

    I am not that computer savy
    but know a few things..
    I am going to show this to my
    friend who helps me by remote

    Further down under "System Type" it will say 32 or 64 bit operating system

    LOGITECH NEVER DID AN UPGRADE
    AND IT DOESNT COME WITH A DISC THE MOUSE

    I DONT EVEN SEE IT UNDER PROGRAMS AND FEATURES

    thank you so much for all this great info..
    and I am bookmarking it... for future use
    my laptop had fried hard drive
    and i got a brand new one from the store who honoured
    my warranty
    I did not want it fixed
    so they gave me an upgrade and it is a better one and I love it
    and pray nothing goes wrong
