The official transcript of the speech, clearly written off the script ahead of time (or just a simple mistake, I guess; either way, it's wrong), reads as follows:

will installing the official rtm on your system make it run any different than whatever built you are currently using?
i doubt it
relax, people. i'm excited about this too. i've been using windows 7 for almost 8 months now and i absolutely love it.
but rtm today, rtm tomrrow, rtm next week... it really doesn't change anything.
