Unable to save to the library folders

Thanks Reaper .. I'm awake and hopefully with it enough now .. so I'll download MalwareBytes and run it now.

DG, I am not unprotected. I am behind a router. Do I take it from what you've said that you also assume the Trend Micro Trial also does offer any protection?

Sorry for the dual replies. You didn't read my original post did you. I already tried to take ownership several times. Please read it before trying to help.

You don't say what application(s) you are using when the save access is denied. Have you tried running those
application(s) as admin? Have you tried saving files via other programs to the same location?
