    All text changed to italics

Suddenly all my text is changed to italics. Whether I check the properties of a file or browse the internet or check my mails, everything is appearing in italics.

Reading some solutions on the internet, it seems as if the Arial font goes missing. But my system still has it and I can use Arial in MS Word.

Please help me with the issue, the italics font is really annoying me.

And when I was trying to solve the problem manually, I went into the Personalization menu (in Control Panel) and checked whether everything was normal. No option had 'Bold' or 'Italics' activated. I just clicked on 'Apply' and that made things even bad for me.
Firstly just the font was italic, but now the three buttons, 'Minimize', 'Maximize' and 'Close' have become smaller, even though the screen resolution (1366*768) is the same.

Please help me, thank you. :)

    Regards,
    Abhishek Sharma

you caould go to desktop > right click > personalize > window colour > advanced a.s.
there you find a drop down menu, where you can set any kind of font type for any part of the windows

@ryo: It says that, "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations". What next?

@speedgamer01: I tried that, but italics is not enabled for any option.
