I think the problem comes from the last installation of partition magic 3 program in the windows 7. Now, when i start windows it goes to repairing starter and detect a problem with \\?\GLOBALROOT\DEVICE\Harddisk0\Partition3\Windows in Windows Directory. And the name of Problem is "StartupRepairOffice"
I hope my english is good enough to explain my problem :)

Hello Carlos. Welcome to Windows Seven Forums.
Your problem is with Partition Magic 3, which is not compatible with Windows 7 and in particular the NTFS file system.
Chances are it has screwed up your hard disk partitions.
If you have a Windows 7 DVD you'll need to carry out a clean install.
If you have a recovery disk you'll need to use that to recover your system to its factory state.

As was pointed out, Partition Magic version 3 is a VERY VERY old version of the program. It is certainly unusable with Win7. In fact, even the final version 8 of the program (which I, myself, owned) is unusable with Win7.
And also as was pointed out, your best resolution method is probably just to "start over", perhaps formatting your hard drive to empty and reinstalling Win7 from scratch, using the win7 installation DVD itself.
Or, restoring from a manufacturer's "recovery disks" if possible could also work.
For any of your future hard drive and partitioning needs, absolutely the best suggestion for a replacement product for the old Partition Magic series would be the current "Partition Wizard Home Edition v6.0", which is free and looks/feels EXACTLY LIKE the old Partition Magic so you should feel right at home. It works perfectly under Win7, both 32-bit and 64-bit.
It also has a standalone bootable CD you can use, for those special situations where you're working on a brand new drive or the system partition of an existing drive. You can download the ISO for the bootable CD and burn it yourself.

well, i download and than burned the Windows 7 in a DVD but pc doesn't want run it...
What happens? Does the PC boot to your hard drive instead, ignoring the DVD with bootable Partition Wizard on it?

You need to be sure that the "boot sequence" in the BIOS places your CD/DVD drive first, in front of your hard drive. If that's the case I can't see how the bootable DVD you burned couldn't be booted from?
What did you use to burn that ISO? Did you use a program that understands an ISO file format and expands it to the exploded files and folders that should be on the output CD or DVD? This is the right thing to do, and a highly recommended easy-to-use program to do just this is IMGBurn (free). The result will be a bootable CD or DVD.
Or did you just copy the ISO file to a DVD? That is wrong, and the result will NOT be a bootable CD or DVD.
