    What is grldr.bak???? Can i delete it or what should i do ???

    Have you dual-booted your PC with a Linux OS? If so, that file may be related to Grub4Dos, a Linux bootloader...

    No i just installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

    Where is this file on your hard drive? With this information, it will be easier for us to figure out what its purpose (or lack thereof) is.

    If you really don't want it there, here's what you can do: Change the name of the file. Leave it like that for a week or two. If your computer continues to work just as it did before, it is probably safe to delete the file.

    That file didn't come from a clean install of Windows 7....tell us the rest of the story.
