    1. Go to CONTROL PANEL
2.Look under user accounts and family safety and click on ADD OR REMOVE USER ACCOUNTS
    3. At the bottom of the screen you will see create a new account, click on it and make one for yourself.
    4.Reboot
5.Do the same as step #2 but delete the old Administrator account

    To change your computer name

    1.click on start
2.right click on computer and select properties
and a windows will open and it takes you to control panel/system and security/system
    3. Look in the middle of the page and you will se computer name, domain, and workgroup settings,
look under that and to the far right you will see CHANGE SETTINGS click it and the rest is up to you!

DELETE Windows.old folder found in the C: directory you need a program called UNLOCKER just google it

It sounds like there was a probable with the installation. Did you do an upgrade or a clean install? If you did an upgrade then just reinstall but make sure you do a clean install and maybe format the drive before installing (Go to custom install, then click the advanced tab, then click format)
Either way it sounds like your going to have to reinstall.

Didnt i read somewhere that this install has a specific user and and password, something like save as?
You have to log in using this and the you can delete the account and replace it with your own.

It might not have been for this release though but i did read it yesterday.

EDIT: On second thought i dont think this is the issue as it wouldn't keep on going back to the loading screen. Sorry.
