    Toolbar problem

Hi. I have two folders that I add as toolbars to the taskbar. I like to drag them to the upper far-right corner so no icons show and I hit the >> to list them. Works great, but for some reason after my last reboot all my toolbars were gone. So when I re-added them I saw some behavior that is rather annoying. After adding them and dragging to the corner, even when it is dragged as far to the right as it'll go when I lock the taskbar a smidge of the first icon in the list shows:

If I delete them and retry I can make it go away. Anyone know why it does this? It's a pain having to remove and readd and try again over and over until it works.

Is it possible that your last reboot was right after the downloading of an Update or some software or new app? If so, you may have downloaded something that conflicts with your Taskbar -- or perhaps you had a corrupted download. If either could be the case, you can do a System Restore to just before the reboot or you could uninstall and reinstall whatever you downloaded.

(Even if you did not download anything just prior to the reboot, I would do a System Restore anyway! Hopefully that will undo whatever happened to cause the problem!)

I'm sorry, I don't understand the " drag them to the upper far-right corner "?

Nevermind, I figured it out. My Toolbars did the same thing. I fixed it by not UNlocking the taskbar before making an new toolbar. You don't need to unlock the tasbar to show/hide/create a toolbar in Win7.
