Windows 7: Moving the MBR

Moving the MBR

Short version: I had an IDE drive, I ran Windows XP on it.
I get a new SATA Drive.
I then dual boot them with Windows 7 on the SATA drive.

Now since I had the IDE drive first the MBR placed itself there. I want to remove the IDE drive now because it's just adding heat to the case and making noise. But how do I move the MBR to the SATA drive safely? It's 2TB big and formatting is sorta straight out (I know, REALLY bad planning: Sorry)

Moving to 64-bit - some questions.
Based on a previous post I am seriously considering a move to 64-bit (I now have 8GB of RAM). I have done my due diligence and scoured the MS sites, checked hard and software compatability using the download and the website. Is there anything else I need to be aware of? In general terms (I know...

Moving from 32-bit to 64-bit
I'm looking to buy a PC that comes with Windows 7 Pro 32-bit pre-installed. I want to wipe that and do a fresh install with 64-bit. First, will the license work with both? Second, how would I go about getting the 64-bit version?

moving folders
I feel dumb for asking this, but I'm sick of being frustrated with it. How the hell do you move folders around in my documents? Like all I wana do is change the order of them but it won't let me.
Moving on these forums so i can start winding you all up again :D
