my pictures folder is hidden

    There are a couple of folders inside of my pictures that are like that, hidden. And also, if I rotate a picture it completely dissapears as well with no trace of it if I do not have the show hidden files and folders checked.

    Why can't you just right click and unhide the folder?

Missing pictures in my pictures folder

Most of the pictures in my pictures folder are missing. They are still on the hard drive but not in the my pictures folder anymore. Please advise.
I got a virus on my pc, and the windows foulder became a hidden system foulder I then scanned it with norton, it removed the virus, and now it wants me to reboot, is it safe to reboot?
