    Most Stable Build?


    I'm looking to reinstall Windows 7 on my laptop and I'm wondering what the most stable build currently is. Is build 7600 good?

    I vote 7600 i'm running it now and it's going great. Seems to sun better too performance wise

    Agree with you Orbital Shark, go for the newest build, nearly every time it's the most stable

    It's RTM build so a lot better than RC :)

    Yeah no kidding Jeff...My 7600.16385 is running at 7.9GB os space (x64) and 590MB of RAM (4GB)...incredible

    Yep...I did disable some stuff on mine though...only System Restore and Hibernation...most people want to keep those but I don't...

    Lemme guess..VLite? I did a version of it and tried installing..it would not install all the way..it got an error.
