Solved Internet Explorer 9 strange desktop icon

HI, I have a notebook with Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit english version.Afterthat, I installed Internet Explorer 9 English version, a strange icon appear on my desktop.
It works normally (it opens up IE9)
However, if I right click this icon, it shows me some simplified chinese chracters.

I can't delete this icon.

This may be the cause:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{871C5380-42A0-1069-A2EA-08002B30309D}

However, it stops me from deleting or making any changes to it.
It just shows me some error messages like 'can't edit registry key'...
What could I do?

This error actually appeared after I install Internet Explorer 9 Beta Version a few monthes ago. It still exists after i upgraded to stable version.


It shows me an error message after I attempted to move that strange icon.It shows me: Error 0x80004001 Not implemented
and it asks me to use that error code to find solutions.

first line: open first page (works)
second line: delete (doesn't work)
third line: properties (opens up internet options)
english ones: normal

What could I do now?

You can then delete IE9 shortcut and replace it.

That key wasn't the cause to this problem.
It was HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{4A978B93-5B78-11D1-9463-444553540100}

I createed a DWord Value corresponding to the above key ({4A978B93-5B78-11D1-9463-444553540100}) in this directory and set it to 1 (enable).
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\HideDesktopIcons\NewStartPanel
Now it's hidden!
