Navigation Pane is blank

I got this problem when I was installing a new theme pack by changing the .dll files in the system root. See the picture for more details:

Hello Halfeez, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You might see if running a sfc /scannow command may be able to fix this. It may take running it a few times though.

Blank navigation pane in Explorer when...
...opened through an application such as Chrome or Word. I can use Explorer just fine normally, unless I try to open up a file. Then I get this: http://imgur.com/Eg20N.jpg Any ideas? Changing the theme doesn't seem to help.

How can I get all drives to show under Computer in the navigation pane. The only one showing is drive (C:)OS? I put a check mark by show all empty drives, but that didn't work. I'm using the classic theme. Thanks Clint
