I would assume that language packs will be made available using Windows Update in due time, and once MS has actually announced RTM, you would be able to get any language version from Technet or MSDN providing you are a subscriber to those services.

Need help creating bootable ISO for 7600.16385
So I have the RARed files for 7600.16385 and I tried adding and replacing the files from the 7600.16384 ISO with these and burning them to a DVD. I thought I had done it correctly but after installing Windows 7 again I soon discovered that I had once again installed 7600.16384. Can anyone help...
