Accidently turn off PC while windows just opened and HDD's running

Hiya

A while ago I accidently in a hurry turned off my PC while windows just opened and the HDD was still loading the usual programs during start up. I was wondering did I just messed up the programs in my PC or do ya guys think windows 7 is smart enough to avoid this human error? Many thanks in advance.

Welcome
The only thing that you would have messed up is the OS or damaged the HD

Run this test for the OS
https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

and this for the HD

Test Hard Drive www.carrona.org/hddiag.html or this test www.tacktech.com/display.cfm?ttid=287

These days, a manual power off yields little risk, at least from my own experience. You should be fine. Links in the above post should verify this further though.

Hello Lemon Tree, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You should be fine. You will just need to select the Start Windows Normally option after the "Windows failed to shutdown properly" type error when you startup next to finish booting Windows 7.

If you shut down in the normal fashion right after boot, you are ok
As was stated regardless of what you did, you are probably ok.
Why not just run the SFC as suggested above. If there is corruption in Windows, you will be informed and given an oppotrunity to try to correct. In my opinion you have nothing to worry about.

Thanks guys, I ran the OS test earlier, it says there's no corruption detected =)
