Windows 7: Brightness Policy?

Brightness Policy?

Is there a group policy to lock down the brightness settings that are normally configured into the control panel power options?

Or alternatly, can I force these back to particular settings by saving and restoring regsitry keys upon user login?

Brightness settings? Those are hardware settings - done via drivers. If your graphics driver utility does not provide such options, and your monitor does not either, then I don't see any way to achieve what you are asking.

Group Policy Editor or Local Security Policy
Will either of these allow me to restrict drive access to a single user only? I've tried to restrict drive access with Group Policy Editor but it applies the restriction globally--even to me the administrator. Could anyone let me know if this is possible and how to do it? Much thanks.
