    Official RTM Release Dates


    Source - When will you get Windows 7 RTM? - Windows 7 Team Blog - The Windows Blog

    OEMs - 2 days after official RTM.
    Connect-MSDN-Technet - August 6th
    VLS w SA - August 7th
    VLS wo SA - 2 Weeks After above
    MPN - August 16th
    MAPS - August 23rd

    I expect an official RTM announcement on 7-23-2009 (Thursday)

    Oh I understand...I am just saying that you can download the Official RTM (Probably by this weekend, from questionable sources) and input your key on August 6th...I will I had technet so I could have a key...*sigh*

    Thanks for summarizing the article. RTM has been completed and now they are getting it ready for all of us. My TechNet account will be very useful because on Aug 6th I can get my keys for my current installation of 16385. :)

    If I download the RC1 7100 build from Microsoft.com and do absolutely nothing with it after it hits my Download folder...is that an "untouched" ISO?

When do you guys think it'll be? Wikipedia states mid december or early 2009... is this right? I'd like to be able to download a proper beta by mid december.
