Putting GeForce 8200 mGPU in normal sized tower

is it possible to modify a tower to install a "compact" motherboard?
the motherboard is GeForce 8200 mGPU that i have laying around and i also have a spare Sharkoon AL4 tower. obviously the mother board will not fit but if i was to modify the screw holes, would this work?
i know it will fit right but really, if everything fits right and nothing is loose i shouldn't have a problem right?

GeForce 8200 mGPU is an ATX form factor mothrboard. It's not compact.
See here for details: NVIDIA GeForce 8200 mGPU

The motherboard is ATX. The tower is ATX. Why should you mod the tower?

because the motherboard is technically a Micro ATX
but i found out the tower has spots for any ATX
    so no worries.
    sorry to bother you.

Mobo should fit without modification as the case accepts ATX and mATX (micro ATX). The Nvidia mobo page has an error as the photo is mATX but the spec page says the format is ATX. Either way the case should work as-is.
