Some of the stuff that it shows isn't there is related to my SQL files that are missing and also alot of those aren't really there either. I have had a really bad day and going to go to bed. Thanks for the recommendations. Will do.

Thanks, your the best. Hey, I just thought of something. I know that my whole network is messed up because I have a VPN and last time I deleted it I had to re-do everything so I was just waiting for the right time. When I log in the computer tells me that I logged in under "beachinmoney.... that along with other letters is my Google email account. I wonder if somehow that got confused somewhere. It's the exact same as my Google email. Actually I don't have to keep it a secret, it's not my password, it says you logged in as lkmbeachinmoney. Make any sense anywhere?????

PUT SYSTEM SWEEPER ON A USB STICK

System Sweeper, https://connect.microsoft.com/systemsweeper, allows you to start an infected PC and perform an offline scan to identify and remove viruses, rootkits and other advanced malware. System Sweeper is a free standalone, bootable malware and virus remover from Microsoft.

Safety Scanner, Microsoft Safety Scanner - Antivirus | Remove Spyware, Malware, Viruses Free, is free, downloadable, provides on-demand scanning and helps remove viruses, spyware, and other malicious software. It works with your existing antivirus software.

If the target computer has a working internet connection, then you may prefer to use the Safety Scanner.

Download System Sweeper (about 576 kB):
https://connect.microsoft.com/systemsweeper

Insert 256 MB or larger USB stick into a usb port.

Run the downloaded program--mssstool64.exe or mssstool32.exe

Choose the option to install to USB.
Caution: The install program will format the usb stick.

The install program will download about 200 mB more.

After the install is finished, leave the stick in the usb slot.

Run the program you downloaded once again.

This 2nd run, and any subsequent runs, will download the very latest anti-virus definitions (about 60 mB).

To keep System Sweeper up-to-date, simply reinsert the usb stick and run the installation program again.

The initial, full scan by System Sweeper can easily take a couple of hours, but subsequent quick scans will take only a few minutes.

Remember, your computer is being very thoroughly checked for all types of malware.

The results of System Sweeper will be in:
\Windows\Standalone System Sweeper\Support as a file with a LOG extension. You can view this file with Notepad.

Just to update you. I uninstalled AVAST and I am going to try and run Malware again and then do ccleaner and upload those files. I also uninstalled a bunch of other programs. After Malware I will download the MS one you suggested and then I will instal MSE to run with Windows defender. Will that cover me as long as I do ccleaner and iobits to maintain things once we ever get this system secure again???

New MBAM and CCleaner files

Hi, I ran these again and I uninstalled Avast. Will install MSE in a minute. Just wanted to run MBAM and ccleaner and post these first. Then I'm gonna run the other Microsoft one when I get home later. I had one question. I am posting this registry error. I had trouble setting up my network to work with Vista and Windows 7 because of this stupid VPN Hotspot. Like I said I tried to delete it and then couldn't get on the internet. So wanted to see if you think this has anything to do with it and or what to do??? Also, I still need desperately to update my drivers. I tried to follow the instructions but it was greek to me. I did I think it was the H something 32 something report and so I have a list of all the drivers, dates and signed or not etc. hopefully to help me.....

Okay, wow, you are serious about Iobits. The kid that was helping me told me it was the best and I told him after he was done running that program that that is what caused more problems then anything. Glad to know I'm not a total idiot! Just he kept saying it was so goooooddddd. Now you know why I have been so nervious about all these things. I am getting better though. Now I just do as I'm told. I have never had something mess up my programs az bad as Iobot. I looked at the file that he had just installed on my computer and it specifically siad it was a crack, the Avast, it was a 4.6 or something and their newer one is the one I had cause I deleted it. He told me it wasn't and I then emailed him back and said that I opened the folder it was in and it was from Warez and it had the crack key right there. I told him I wasn't born yesterday and that when you get caught at something the best thing to do is just admit you did it. Here is his response when I told him my opinion of iobit, "START Type SYSTEM RESTORE, CLICK NEXT GO THROUGH IT. THEN VISIT Advanced SystemCare Free 4 Download Review for Windows XP/Vista/7 - IObitAFTER YOUVE DECIDED IN YOUR PROFESSIONAL COMPUTER HYPOTHESIS THAT THIS PROGRAM IS HARMING YOUR COMPUTER THEN CALL ME I WILL DO A FULL RESTORE AND IT WILL AGAIN HAVE ROXIO, MICROSOFT SECURITY ESSENTIALS, AND ALL THE VIRUSES, FRAGMENTS, & REGISTRY ERRORS AS WELL! Im Off today But Give Me A CAll Monday And I Will Restore it. The Program Doesnt Have a Crack I Transferred A Company System Licence Key. The Program checks itself for errors Thats why if you upgrade it, It Will Not Work, Avast realized it has reached the maximum number of users."

I certainly don't need him to do a restore. Besides. The way that it deletes things I don't think the systems restore worked! But I am deleting it now and then will run the sweeper.

Do you mean both the Advanced Care and also the Advanced Care IObit or just the IObit part? I think they are both not so great myself.

admin user lost some admin rights
I can't delete a file from the desktop. When I try, it says to get the rights from the specified admin user (which I'm logged on). The strange thing is that I still can create other users from this account (including admins). Any suggestion on what to do?
