I Did Not Understand Your Question

My Router Is Connected To The Modem With Network Cable

And I Surf Through The Wifi With My Laptop

Sorry, I meant did you have the videos/movies stored on a NAS drive that was connected directly to the router and accessed through the network on your laptop?

I was just trying to think of a possible reason why resetting the router would have fixed the thumbnail preview issue. It was the only thing that I could come up with. :)

    Itsik,

You said that this tutorial below didn't help. Try doing Option One again, but this time repeat it for each user under the "Name" column instead of just "System". This will prevent all users and the system from being able to delete the thumbnail cache.

hey its me i think i solved the problem

when i format my computer and try to load all the files at the same time my physical memory crash and it reset the thumbnail to clear memory

i talk with microsoft and they told me to press on "reset folders" in the folder option\view

i dont know what help me more but the problem solved

    i open windows task manager/performance
i see that when i load my files my free memory is going down so mybe this was the problem

all u need to do is to load the files slowly (:

not at the same time u know when u restart ur computer all the free memory comes back
That's great news. Thank you for posting back with your results and solution. :)
