no the f1 key is working fine and i installed the same os on another machine everything was ok and I even wiped the disk clean but the prob still persists

So for a couple of days theres been cmd popping up every time i start up my pc and it shows for 1 sec and disappears, i checked my running processes and scanned with hitmanpro and malwarebytes and also checked procexp and i don't find anything strange there, any reason why this is happening?
