C Partition not showing on windows 7 install

On my other computer I was doing a reformat with windows 7 and everything went smooth. I then was trying to merge unallocated space(was oem partition) with C drive using "Partition Magic". Partition Magic came up with some errors and asked me if would like to fix the errors, so I clicked yes and the program closed. I checked disk management to see if the unallocated space had been merged, but it hadn't. I then decided to remove Partition Magic using control panel. When I clicked to uninstall, my computer shut-off randomly and windows would not boot. So I then decided to reformat again by booting from disc, but when trying to install, C drive did not show up. The only thing that showed up was D(Recovery) and the unallocated space from earlier. Keep in mind this is the only hdd in the computer. Please Help.

I got it working now. I had to put the hdd in another computer and use disk management to fix it.
