    Microsoft's disk management utility is very basic and you'd probably do better to use Partition Wizard, as this tutorial explains.

    Partition Wizard : Use the Bootable CD

    In terms of disk management if you prefer to use it, just click Start>Help & Support and type Partition in the search field then click the search button for further information.
