    Hello, two questions:

    1.Running a Root/Administrator Console from any Folder

    2. Right click any folder then can run cmd

    Try this: http://www.petefreitag.com/item/146.cfm For the admin setting go to the cmd shortcut > Properties > Advanced.

    I didn't find
    Tools -> Folder Options.
    File Types Tab
    Select the Folder file type

    in windows 7.
    The link looks like for windows xp.

    Hello zhshqzyc,

    This may be what you are after. It adds Open Command Window Here as Administrator to the Context Menu of a folder, drive, and the desktop.
