Startup repair loop
4 hours... 4 solid hours of research and ive come up with nothing.
Heres the problem:
My computer crashed and i restarted the computer and was instantly pushed into start up repair (no error messages or beeps) Startup repair ends up saying "cannot fix it automatically" (or something along those lines)... system restore does not work what so ever, safe mode dosent work, and booting into last know good configuration. nothing is working, ive been pulling my hair out over this. i cannot deal with it anymore.
My 4 long long long hours of research has leg me to believe it is something wrong with the registry, i tried this tutorial (Startup Repair Infinite Loop Recovery) and that did not help.
One main question i have is, can some one make me a copy of their registry and would i be able to insert it for my own use? or do i have to restore?
Also if I restore, does windows 7 home premium have a feature to reinstall windows while keeping all data and programs on the computer?
Please get back to me, this has gone on too long and i need a way out.
Thanks in advance!
