cOUNTERFIET WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE AND MICROSOFT OFFICE PRO 2010

hello everyone, i am newbie please help me if you can.

I have recently bought 10 pieces of Microsoft office pro 2010 and 10 pieces of Windows 7 ultimate. (I placed 2 orders with seller)After placing my orders, It was 2nd day when I came across some videos on youtube regarding fake software sold on internet and how to check it.
I suspected that the 2 orders I made might be fake copies of windows, I contacted the seller and asked him to cancel my order.
He replied that he has already posted them and if I do not receive/accept the parcel when it arrive, I will lose my money and goods.

when i received the parcel i checked one box of windows 7 ultimate,
when I scratched the side of cd the transparent plastic came off and the hologram could be scratched with finger nail.it was 100 % fake.
i made a video of receiving of the item and checking the cd, but paypal don't take this as an evidence, they need a headed letter from a person who has qualification.
here i paste the video i made, you can see they are fake copies.

I reported it to paypal to get me refund from this idiot, but after wasting 3 weeks now paypal send me 2 emails which I paste below.

The documents should be faxed to PayPal at 08707 303 196. Please include a cover sheet with your fax that includes the email address registered on your PayPal account and the ID number of your claim, so we may attach the documents to your claim as quickly as possible.

We must receive your fax within 10 days from the date of this message in order to proceed with the investigation of your claim. If we do not receive your fax within 10 days, your claim will be cancelled. We are unable to grant extensions to this time period. Please note that PayPal is unable to reimburse you for any costs or fees that may be incurred in obtaining the requested documents. Any documents you provide may also be supplied to the seller in your dispute if necessary.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience. We regret any inconvenience this request may cause.

The question is this: Why did you buy these on line (I can understand this from a cost prospective), and, more importantly, why from a Chinese seller? Surely alarm bells should have been ringing. Much of the world's counterfeit software originates from China and the surrounding area.

You said you went to your local Currys and contacted PC World (same DGS group), so why didn't you buy the software from them? It would have saved you all this hassle and mess that you have now found yourself in.

just contact your credit card company and do a formal dispute. you have 90-120 days to disput charges. this is a mailorder transaction. the credit card company gets their money back from the merchant. ( I used to deal with credit card fraud at the bank I used to work at and dealt with chargebacks)

I would still get in touch with Microsoft about this. Not all queries will take as long as 8 weeks, some might not take as long. It all depends on the case and type of query (some do, unfortunately, take longer). However, even if this takes you beyond the PayPal time limit (send them details of what you are doing, explaining that Microsoft are looking into it), you should also contact your bank/credit card provider as suggested by pacinitaly.

i would assume price from china was the reason they where bought.

dont go to currys, go to your local IT shop (not a brand) pre write out a statement saying its fake etc etc... go in shop with them, and see if they'll sign it for u, some people wont as ur putting ur name next to something, but what i would also do is go into the shop and photo an ori box also to show if/how it differes from what u got, the COA label to me doesnt look 100% spot on.

do that, and also contact debit/credit card company for this, have u also rang eBay yet? has the seller 100% feedback?

just noticed you are not from the states. your bank ( if not based in the USA) may have their own rules.
