    Default user folder

An employee named Ron resigned. He was replaced by Tom. I created a user named Tom and he signs in and everything says Tom. But when he saves to his local drive/my documents, it takes him to Ron's user folder. Tom's folder does not even show up when I look into c/documents and settings. How can I get Ron's folder to disappear completely and default to Tom's folder?

    Welcome to Windows Seven Forums.

Each time you create a new account a user profile is created for that account

It sounds as Tom's profile is corrupted for some reason.

I'd be inclined to create a new account and name it Tom2. If his saved documents default to Tom2's Documents folder, you can then delete the accounts for Ron & Tom, and then change the account name for Tom2 back to Tom.

Just for info purposes, user folders are located at C:/users. In C/users there is a folder for each account under the user name.
