    Instant Reboot


    Even though the problem was caused by a third party software (ASRock Instant Boot), since I uninstalled it and Instant Boot remains on the Power Options, it is now a question of how to get Windows to lose that power option:

    It should be a custom power plan. You might see if doing step 4 in the tutorial below may be able to delete it.

    Can you click on Create Power Plan and delete it from within that selection since it's not a native power plan.
