Saved document lost

    there is a view downloads option by clicking the cog in IE ,when you click the location entry it opens the file in its location.

    I actually did what I should have done first and sent an e-mail to the ancestry website I was particularly having trouble with. They advised me that there's a problem with downloading from their site with IE9. That makes a lot of sense since I realized the problem fairly recently and it wasn't that long ago that I upgraded. I can only assume that they're not the only ones having a problem since, as I originally wrote, my son had a problem as well with a file he downloaded and subsequently saved to a cloud account. I wonder when IE10 will be out?!

    use firefox its ten times better than IE in my opinion.:)
