Hi Rythemz.
So you were able to install Windows 7 via CD/DVD successfully ? Then following a Windows update(s) on a reboot or cold start you ran into this loop your describing ? Does taping the F8 key work just as control is passed to the MBR on the drive on boot up ? If you can get the Windows Advanced Startup Screen then try getting into Safe mode to see if you can uninstall or rollback the updates that were installed ? Once it Safe mode uninstall one update at a time and then reboot normally to see if the update is the cause of the looping. If you are not able to do this then try running system restore in Safe mode to return it an earlier time. Also what you can do is while in Safe mode check the Event Viewer for any errors under the System setting.
If your not able to get into Safe mode by using F8 key then I would suggest reinstalling Windows 7 again like you have already done then installing all device drivers first from Alienware and don't let Windows 7 update itself. Follow Gregrocker recommendations in that download all device drivers from the Alienware website. Then run the Windows updater and install one update at a time. Then reboot your computer after each update install. Go back into normal mode and install the second update and so on....
I hope the above helps.
