    inactive selection


    2. how to restore these selections from 'start menu' properties.
    1. shortcuts in start menu are shown "roaming" folder instead of 'program data'

    solved intuitivelly


    Thanks, Shawn, I will use the method You provided in future.
    I solved the issue other way - regedit, search. Replaced to "0" where is "disable something" and replaced to "1" where "enabled".
    All missing desktop icons (shortcuts to programs) returned back instantly after restart and ability to check these two boxes also.
