How can I enable the zip file that is supposed to be a default zip file in Windows 7.

if you or someone else has disabled zip file support, then
to (disable or) enable zip file support see this excellent guide thread here on the forum.

to use the inbuilt zip file support see windows help, search for 'zip files'
gives you: (Click thumbnail to get it a readable size.)
