Window7 and windows xp auto run issue

I have Asus computer with with two partition :windows7 and windows xp For some times now i have been having this problem on either of the partition. Window7 seven is the primary partition and xp is secondary partition.
The problem is that when i start any application or software, it just auto run itself. For example if i open visual studio and then open an application before i know it, it start debugging continuously on its own. If its a pdf, it continue to flicker making it difficult to be read. if its an explorer, when you click on a folder, it continuously diplaying its property. I have run virus, malware and spyware scan, the problem persist. This happen on both partition.

Please, what can i do to stabilise my system, any help will be appreciated
    Thank you

Looks like hardware problem to me.
Have you recently spilled anything on your keyboard?

Use this program to try to rule out faulty keyboard. If you block your keyboard with mentioned program and problem persists, your mouse (touchpad) might be faulty.
