Well now that I read this entire thread, the only thing I don't like about win7 is I still can't enable SLI with my 9800 gt's. And worse I can't seem to find anyone that can help. And I have searched everywhere. Other than that I like it just fine. It takes a bit of getting used to since I didn't go thru the Vista deal and am coming straight from XP. But I find this forum very informative and am confident a solution is on it's way. Thanks to all who have helped in my transistion. Fabe
I am not sure about the range of techiniques you have attempted to resolve your problem fabe but have you tried to contact the manufacture of the 9800s and get a bios update?

    What I don't like...

It still isn't Linux, therefore I have to use windows to game.
Consumes a LOT of RAM even at IDLE.
Sluggish with 4 GB of RAM.
    Looks like a Vista SP
Multiple BSOD's spanning from doing nothing to gaming and making DVD's.

I don't wanna get banned... but those are some of my cons thus far.

I can't give anymore advice on them... never liked windows live mail or outlook. Hated them with a passion. Was kinda hoping it'd work flawlessly... but I guess not.
